Kendra’s Kitchen: Sweet + Simple Red Smoothie

What’s that vivid red concoction you’re drinking, Kendra? Well, it’s a Sweet + Simple Red Smoothie!

This colorful smoothie is both grounding with its powerful root vegetables and energizing with its immune boosting fruits packed with vitamin C. And she’s not kidding on that simple part:

1/3 cup of chopped beets
30 cranberries
6 strawberries
1 banana
2 cups of water

Makes 2 servings

Blend together in a high speed blender for 45-60 seconds. Kendra likes to use frozen fruit instead of ice, but if you are using fresh fruit then consider adding some ice, too!
