Modo Yoga is a green, clean, hot yoga series that stretches, strengthens, and tones the muscles while helping to detoxify the body and calm the mind. While all classes are rooted in the Modo Yoga series, teachers are encouraged to bring their own unique knowledge and experience every time they enter the room to teach. The 3 Governing Principles of the Series
With the initiation of each movement, there is a corresponding breath (inhale or exhale) that brings the posture to life
If we think of our bodies as generators, we are trying to generate as much energy as possible to “feed” the energy of the pose
In Modo Yoga, we try to expand that energy/awareness beyond our body into the world
