In this class, new Vinyasa postures and techniques are added to the Modo sequence, for a more movement-based practice. Emphasis is on the synergy between breath and movement, helping to deepen your practice. Poses are held for a shorter time than in the Modo series, and the flow has more of a beat to the movement! It is great for upper-body strengthening and improving cardiovascular health.
All levels are welcome to Modo Flow, though beginners are encouraged to achieve a comfortable level with the standard Modo series first. Modifications are offered and encouraged as in the Modo series, so the practice is tailored to you!
