The 5 For 5 Yoga Workshop
Join Kendra for time well spent taking a deeper look into the postures practiced in the Modo Series. A series broken down into 3 workshops on the Foundational, Balancing, and Backbending postures. Each session will be guided by intention, breath, and a keen sense of awareness into your own body and mind. Inspired by her first teacher training when she was told, “You don’t know a pose until you’ve spent 5 minutes in it,” this became a foundation in her own practice and now she is eager to share the experience with you.
We will warm the body with thoughtful salutations, calm and set the mind with breath…then get to work.
Part II: Balancing Poses
Balance… we seem to be in search of it often. On our mats it seems to change day to day…we have it and then we don’t!
Really though, it’s always there within our internal intelligence.
Balanced breath, body, and mind will be explored as we orient ourselves in these balancing postures for 5 minutes each.
