I am an effervescent, sun-worshipping, nature adoring seattleite. I teach and live with a perspective of playfulness and loving kindness, and encourage students to seek a calm, nurtured, centered peace in their practice. my intention is to craft a creative and soulful experience that activates your strength, and embraces your grace and inspires deep self care. I am continually fascinated and invigorated by the body and its capacity to express, heal, and articulate with intrinsic understanding. as we breathe and practice, our hearts expand, and we contain and collapse into the heart of the Universe, one rhythm that is breathtaking in its simplicity.
I have completed a multi-disciplinary 200 hour yoga training/immersion at the Yandara Yoga Institute in Baja, Mexico in 2014, helped facilitate Adrienne Kimberley’s “the craft of teaching yoga” 200 hour teacher training (Nov. 2015 – May 2016), and traveled to Kelowna, Canada in July 2016 for Moksha/Modo’s 500 hour YTT certification and the journey has only just begun…
Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu:
May all beings everywhere be happy and free, and may the thoughts, words, and actions of my own life contribute in some way to the happiness and freedom for all.
