This is our Modo Flow series with music weaved in to the poses and the breath.
In this class, the Modo sequence is linked with vinyasa flows. Emphasis is on the synergy between breath and movement to deepen your practice. This class involves constant movement, and is set at a quicker pace than the Modo class. It is great for upper body strengthening and improving cardiovascular health. All levels welcome, though beginners are encouraged to achieve a comfort level with the standard Modo series first.
